As the seasons change, so do market dynamics
Walking into the fall season, sales and prices are UP compared to last year but Buyers are taking their time. No one is making any rush decisions right now - par for the course this time of year and in the current climate.

In Rancho Santa Fe there were 18 homes sales in Sept 2023 compared to 11 in Sept 2022

The Median Sales price is $5,437,500 - that is + 20.2% compared to Sept 2022

Inventory in 92067 for Sept was 77 - that is -16.3% compared to Sept 2022
