Median prices are up, but sales are down from 2021 to 2022 at the rate of approx 45% for all of 92067 and 92091. For the Covenant sales are down 27%.
The market is slowing down and prices are still high. Buyers are starting to have more choices (even though historically inventory is still very low) and Sellers are continuing to gain value. It will be interesting to see what happens in the 3rd quarter and beyond.
