What’s the first thing I ask every seller?
Before price or anything else, I want to know: What made you fall in love with this home?
That answer tells me so much about how to market it, because those same details are, more often than not, what a future buyer will value most.
The specific bird song in the morning. The light on the pool at sunset. The nook where everyone naturally gathers.
I was reminded of this recently when the sellers of 7566 St Andrews shared some of the things they’ve appreciated most about living there.
They described the natural light throughout the day, pouring in through five skylights and walls of windows and glass doors.
And they shared something I especially loved: looking back at the house from outside in the evening, seeing the beautiful interiors glowing through the windows and doors, “a delight that never grows old.”
Those are the things you don’t find on a property fact sheet. But they tell the story
The best marketing starts with understanding where the Seller's love story began.
