It Still Feels Exciting
This week, the San Diego Business Journal released its 2026 list of the Top Residential Real Estate Agents in San Diego County, and I was honored to be recognized as the #1 individual agent in Rancho Santa Fe and the #3 agent in San Diego.
Real estate today is complicated. Life is complicated. Negotiations can be layered, and every transaction requires problem solving, creativity, strategy, and perspective. After 28 years in this business, it still genuinely feels exciting every time I can make a deal come together.
One of the biggest advantages that comes with nearly three decades in The Ranch is knowing the community beyond the stats. Not just which homes are valuable, but which homes, which streets, fit certain lifestyles. Most of the time the right fit has very little to do with square footage and everything to do with how someone wants to live.
My new listing on Via Ascenso is a perfect example. I know this listing so well because over the years, I have sold nearly every home on this street. That kind of history matters. Understanding not just the house itself, but the evolution of the street, the views, the buyer profiles, and why people love living there helps shape how a property is presented and who it resonates with most.
At the end of the day, this business is about helping people recognize opportunities and find where they truly belong. And I still genuinely love doing it.
