"Be like a ‘swan’. Calm on the surface, but always paddling like the dickens underneath."

This is an apt metaphor for business lately. While making sure our clients have a smooth and worry-free experience, we are busy paddling like the dickens to negotiate, network, and produce results for both our sellers and buyers.

By The Numbers

There were 52 homes sold in the Ranch in June (see full detailed list below), 2 less than in May. We had 6 closings last month and today have 6 escrows. There are indicators that more homes are beginning to hit the market in San Diego County however they are selling so quickly inventory does not have a chance to grow and reflect the increase.

The San Diego County Assessor’s Office reported the assessed value of all taxable property in the county in 2021, as of Jan. 1, grew to a record-setting $627.25 billion. The sum includes residential, commercial, and industrial land, and represents an increase of 3.72 percent over 2020.

4 Major Incentives To Sell This Summer

  • Speed
  • Competition
  • Spotlight
  • Equity

1031 Changes may be coming for the 1031 Exchange, there is no time like the present to take advantage of the current rules.
It is estimated that 95% of real estate sales are accomplished by 5% of real estate agents, so it’s in your best interest to hire a top producer. As a Rancho Santa Fe top producer for over 20 years you can find me looking cool as the swan but always paddling like the dickens.
