The temps are rising, but the market is still the hottest thing around. There were 54 sales in Rancho Santa Fe in May, another incredible month. The Enjoy Factor
While we are no longer "stuck" at home, we are far more tuned in to how much we can enjoy where we live and I see that enjoyment fueling demand. Amenities we once took for granted are celebrated and utilized.
