The numbers for February are in. Sales in 92067 are up 127% over 2020 and that is with inventory trending down 57%. What makes it more remarkable is that last February we were still "pre" pandemic shutdowns, so these numbers are up from what started as a strong year.
At these levels, demand continues to outpace inventory. Heading into spring, with signs of faster economic growth, improved job markets, and sales prices continuing to increase, we expect to see an uptick in sellers entering the market creating a bit more balance.
