We are officially in the second half of 2022 and the summer market. A summer slow down is standard but given the relentless pace of the last few years it can feel more significant.

The truth is, change in the market is good and we are seeing a balance for both Sellers AND Buyers.

  • Sellers are still assured their home will sell if priced right.
  • Buyers are taking advantage of a less frenzied market where they can negotiate repairs, escrows, etc.
  • A home is still the best hedge against inflation and a chaotic financial market.
  • Median detached sales prices are continuing to go up (more on that below).

Keep scrolling for a list of what sold in Rancho Santa Fe in June and market stats for 92067, 92091, 92014, and 92075.
