As we take a last look at the numbers from 2023, I'm happy to share that my sales ranked me as the #2 agent or team in San Diego and the #4 agent or team company wide. I'm really proud of this success and what I was able to accomplish for my clients during a relatively challenging year and I'm excited to look ahead now in 2024.
December was a quiet month with 10 sales in RSF (compared to 14 in Dec 2022), while the median sales price increased +16.2% over last year. Full HOMEDEX reports and a list of what homes sold are linked below.
Happily, the energy is back this January. I closed one home sale this week in The Groves, have an off market home in escrow, and brought three new listings to market since the 1st. Things are cooking and I expect that to continue into the Spring.
