Del Mar

An engaged community that makes the area a charming place to call home.

Welcome to Del Mar

Exclusive oceanside community with a unique blend of homes and homesites.

Idyllic living awaits you in the coastal town of Del Mar. This exclusive, highly desirable beach town is home to a population of 4,331 locals. It is located just north of the Torrey Pines State Reserve and about six miles south of Encinitas. Del Mar is also immediately west of Interstate 5, making it easy for residents to travel up and down the coast. In town, there are great schools, restaurants, stores, and local businesses just minutes from home.

Around the city, you’ll observe an eclectic mix of home styles. Buyers can purchase retro mid-century builds, homes with Spanish-style architecture, and coastal-style properties. For being so close to the ocean — and in such a sought-after area — home prices are surprisingly reasonable.
