With a masters degree, a CPA, and CFO experience, Linda is a rarity in the real estate industry. Linda brings financial knowledge gleaned from an early career as a CPA, CFO, and Controller. Within these functions, Linda often negotiated large vendor purchase contracts, a skill she has used to serve her clients in their negotiations. Linda’s professional affiliations include membership in the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Massachusetts, a member of the RSF Rotary Club, and a member of the Board of NeighborHelp (a local charity). Linda has also done extensive volunteer work as co-chair for the RSF Unit of Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, helping manage fundraising efforts that added $700,000 to the hospital’s coffers.

The property, 5.5 acres of Del Mar oceanfront with a 63-year-old house was purchased for the land value, with cash, and closed within a day. The scope and amount of this sale have yet to be duplicated.
